Shipping fees will only be credited or refunded if there is an error on Australia Post’s part, as a direct result of our error, or a proven defect.

*Missing items or items not delivered/received on Australia Post’s part must be reported as soon as possible. Failure to do so within 7 days of the earliest estimated delivery date will void any warranty. Estimated delivery dates are calculated by Australia Post.

*Photos and a video demonstrating any faults or damage to the item must be provided for us to assess your claim. 

*Any damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported as soon as possible. For damaged shipments, the original box and packaging must be kept so that proof may be provided to us and to Australia Post for the relevant action to be taken. Failure to keep the damaged packaging after the claim will result in the claim being considered defect. Shipping fees will only be refunded if there is an error on Australia Post’s part or as a direct result of our error, so please ensure you have registered with the correct delivery address.
